In-line Product Forecast

Objective

A Pharma MNC engaged ResearchCubes to help forecast the revenues for all its key products in the market.

Approach

ResearchCubes utilized the historic sales volume data in the ‘Baseline trending tool’ – the in-house tool, thereby coming up with multiple statistical curves and selecting the best fit based on MAPE and validating the same through retrofit on recent historical sales data. Our consultants worked with the client team to understand and impose the anticipated market events on the best-fit baseline, thereby coming up with the budget forecast using our other internal tool ‘Bridge’.

ResearchCubes delivered the forecast for multiple products along with graphically-represented reports, consolidating the forecasts’ based on the customer’s segmentation of the products.
