Media Monitoring

Objective

A leading European Pharma company wanted us to monitor mainstream media for news that were tuned to the Senior Management’s Key Intelligence Topics.

Approach

ResearchCubes assessed all articles in line with the guidelines laid down based on the client’s interest and relevance.

The automated search for specific keywords would prepare a work list of key intelligence aligned to Strategic, Early Warning & Key Player Topics. The relevant articles would be ranked and ordered according to their importance or value  & would be shared with the Media relations office of the client before the start of business. A pilot was run for a few weeks to align with the client regarding the sources, topics, briefs, format, and timing of the alerts. The client’s Senior Management utilized the daily alert on Key Intelligence Topics to stay abreast of market news with minimum effort and time.

Solution

The client organization was trying to understand the media’s reaction to some recent industry events and a series of announcements they themselves have made. Their goal was to have the senior leadership better prepared on Key Intelligence Topics.
