Pipeline Product Forecast

Objective

A Pharma MNC engaged ResearchCubes to help forecast the revenues for an immuno-oncology (IO) product in an indication.

Approach

ResearchCubes utilized the classical “patient based-flow” model approach to quantify the revenue potential of the product, taking into account the multi-class shares, competing brands, cohorts for new and continuing patients on monthly basis – accounting for monthly drop-out/switch of patients.

Our in-house consultants worked with the client-side upstream marketing team to put together a model in our ‘IPOD’ structure, capturing the patient journey comprehensively. The goal was to quantify the revenue potential in the backdrop of all the market dynamics, and the clinical outcomes for various key geographies globally.  ResearchCubes delivered a dynamic pre-populated multi-country forecast model along with a set of easy-to-read graphically-represented reports, answering the commonly anticipated market dynamic queries of the customer.
